I can't speak specifically about the kit in question, but Tough Country will either make a really good kit, or a crappy one. IT is hit and miss. For the older (pre-97 F-150's) the Tough Country kits are great. The kit they made for the 97-02 Expy sucked big time. As for Ready Lift, I know they make a lot for the Superduty's, so, can't be too bad. But again, how they fit on to an Expy is hard to say.
The best advice that I can tell you is to pick a kit and order it to a local shop (yes, may cost you a bit more, but follow me here), then before you take it out of the store, open up the boxes. Everything that supports the vehicle weight (drop brackets for the lower A-arms specifically) should be made from welded 1/4" plate metal. If it is made from anything less, return it right there. IT will give you nothing but problems. All the bolts should be Grade 5 (if not Grade too. It may cost you a bit more for a lift, but a truck broken down on the side of the road is good for what?
Hope this helps.
